The opposite of a good idea can be another good idea
Guiding the path to equal success opportunities for women across the industry
RISE is a newly formed women’s network aimed to Ensure the female talent feel supported, empowered and valued. we have designed every touchpoint with a focus on the brand's core mission – Promote positive behaviour change throughout the organisation.
The core of the brand originated from its name. Word Rise served a perfect symbolism for epxressing strong female force and upward movement. The idiom ‘ a rising tide lifts all boats’ was something that strongly resinated with the team and became paramount in brand exploration.
The tidal force
Inspired by the quote, i started to explore the notion of rising water, i got curious as to how it happens. Its when I discovered a silent spectator – the moon. The moon's gravitational pull generates something called the tidal force. The tidal force causes Earth and its water to bulge out on the side closest to the moon and the side farthest from the moon
It's when I realised that we create a tidal force of our own.
